1 Minute Microwave Vegan Keto Protein Chocolate Brownie
Due to the love and compassion that we have for brownie, we decided to recreate this mug brownie in a healthy version.
This menu may sound complicated, but we promise you can dive into a warm brownie in a matter of minutes. Seriously, LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. Gah!

Made with no white flour, no banana and no sugar, this brownie in a mug is your guilt-free sweet tooth fix!
So this delicious, fluffy, moist protein-packed brownie is naturally gluten free, dairy free, paleo, keto, low carb, and comes with a tested vegan version.
plus it's packed with 21 grams of vegan protein !
MAKES 2 TIME 1 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
3 scoop or tbsp pea protein powder ( Dark chocolate flavour) 35 grams
1 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice optional* ( we omit this )
1/2 tsp baking powder
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder adjust to desired chocolate content
1 flax egg
1/4 cup milk of choice (we use coconut milk)
1 tbsp No sugar vegan chocolate bars of choice optional
DIRECTIONS:
Grease a small cereal bowl or deep mug and set aside.
to make flax egg, mix one tablespoon ground flax meal with three tablespoons of milk
In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and combine well.
In a separate bowl, whisk the flax egg with the coconut milk and pour into the dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated. Top with chopped No sugar vegan chocolate bars if desired.
Microwave for 60 seconds and remove from microwave and enjoy fudgy googey brownie immediately.
